Larger in diameter *by U***K on November 8, 2015* I first got a bag of shorter steel staples from ACE. Those rusted immediately. I've been using these for about 3 weeks and they are excellent. Larger in diameter, solid, pointed at the end to enable to stick them in the ground with more ease. They're are long enough to hold down my burlap over seedlings easily. I barely stick these staples into the ground and they hold well. I'm toying with an idea. I'm getting a bad mole problem and i'm going to pound these staples into the mounds and uplifted tunnels. I don't know if they will help but can't hurt anything. These gems don't look like they'll rust. I use them to hold burlap and plastic over grass seeds i'm laying out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sturdy and great for my irrigation set up *by S***V on July 6, 2016* I have been working on an irrigation set up for my lawn. Since I am using a normal 5/8 hose to hook up Rain Bird Impulse Sprinklers, I needed something that would help keep the hoses down and out of the way. I have some rocky areas that thinner staples bend and snap easily. I did not have that issue with these.Since this set came with so many, I also will be using them for staples to hold down my landscape fabric when I redo that area.Home improvement stores seller thinner staples for a lot more money and less quantity. These are way better in terms of durability and price. Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad I purchased these Landscape Staples *by F***5 on November 13, 2015* I bought 1 bag of the Landscape Staples, for keeping soaker hoses in place in a newly planted shrub and perennial border. They seem very sturdy and I like the curve as they do not crush the soaker hose. I think the square top of other landscape staples would be fine for landscape fabric not hoses. I ordered 4 more bags as i did not have enough to complete the project.. Have 1 bag left but will keep for the future. The staples have been in the ground since the middle of September with mulch blown in over the hoses.
