This one is pretty shallow, but still useful. I tried it on my new Banana Cookies (mash 2 getting-ripe Bananas, mix in a cuppa Rolled Oats and 1/4 cup chopped Walnuts and bake 15 minutes - delicious and no non-Fruit Sugars!), and it worked so well I quit using it, because I wanted the Cookies to dry out a little. (Add a splash of Vanilla, a dusting of Cinnamon, 2-1/2 Tbsp shredded Coconut and some Blueberries for an even better Cookie - if the Bananas aren't ripe enough the "dough" will be too dry, but a coupla spoonfuls of Applesauce fixes that.) Sorry to say, I won't be repurchasing this item. I've since seen similar products in other stores for less money and may try them at some point. However a bit sceptical.
