That is not what I got. The leather is a patch work of leather pieces, with some visible and ugly stitching. Leather or not, I didn't feel this was worth spending $100 on. ### ⭐⭐⭐ A nice, if not great set *by M***V on January 29, 2013* Beware the patchwork design of the leather. I was a bit surprised at how much it appears to be a bunch of scraps sewn together. I was also a little disappointed at the quality and feel of the materials inside the case, once I opened it up. The points are made of a very thin, plasticky material, which seems out of place with the leather cover and dice cups. Overall it's not bad, but it wasn't great either. I settled for this one and decided to keep it however, considering the next step up with a nice one-piece leather covered case was almost double the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchased as a gift *by L***E on June 29, 2011* I bought this backgammon set for my boyfriend as a gift. I was drawn to it because it was real leather (smells wonderful too!) and the price was very competitive. As an earlier review noted, the leather is in pieces stitched together. I personally love the stitching, I think it makes the case look very interesting!
