Be aware that the tank adapter is NOT same shape as the one featured in the picture! The in the picture used to allow the attachment of weights directly to the adapter and then in contact with the scuba cylinder. This was probably changed to a system that does not allow the inclusion of weights. Why? Probably because in the event of an emergency with the original system, there is no way to to ditch your weights - short of ditching your entire scuba system!... However - the v-shaped adapter is like an old old one I've used and very effective, albeit a little heavy.
