Sorry, I wanted to like this *by W***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2020* The holder is made of plastic and broke within a couple of days of purchase. This is the worst part of it as I cannot use it now as any mounted device droops downwards. The stability is also not great if you are mounting an iPad Air, it would be okay for an iPhone and probably an iPad Mini I would think. Because we used the regular iPads on it, I had to add extra weight to the base with a stack of books. I wish I had the time to return this, but I got so busy and it got forgotten... so even though it broke within days, I cannot get my money back anymore. Maybe I got a lemon, but that was disappointing and I really need this stand so I will have to purchase another one.One other suggestion for the manufacturer is to have extendable poles for the height adjustment (the kind that collapses on itself) rather than separate fixed length pieces. Often the height is in between 2 and 3 sections, for example. Additionally, I have to store the poles I am not using and remember where they are. ### ⭐⭐ Great, if lightweight, before the main piece broke *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2020* Absolutely great at the beginning, although the base needed to be weighted down in order to hold an iPad Pro 11”. However, as other reviews note, the piece that secures the holder to the gooseneck breaks easily and if that’s broken, it can’t hold anything more weighty than an iPhone. I really wish I could get a new or reinforced holder securing piece.
