They help me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wake up more easily in the morning, too. I do have weird dreams when I use the Zleep patch. When I started using Zleep patches, I put the whole patch on. I think this was too much for me (I'm elderly) -- I had the nightmares and felt sluggish in the mornings. So I tried cutting them in half. That seems to work well. Zleep patches have good adhesion -- not too much, not too little. They don't leave any residue. And they have a lovely lavender scent. I've read reviews of other sleep patches, and they seem to have more problems than the Zleep patches, such as leaving residue that's hard to remove, falling off, being made of cheap material. I haven't experienced any of those problems with the Zleep patches. They are more expensive than the others, but I think they are better quality. I'm pleased with the Zleep patches and will keep using them. Review: Little to NO adhesive quality - I washed/dried my feet prior to placement. The adhesive was very weak and pads immediately began lifting up with minute movements. Once I covered my feet for the night the pads which had already began lifting up stuck to the sheets pulling completely off my feet. Short of wearing socks that only solution was to tape the pads in place. Just flat out not worth the trouble. We put man in space and on the moon.....a simple pad should stick (and well) wherever placed. Returning! ### ⭐⭐⭐ They help but are inconsistent! *by C***E on October 31, 2022* These blasted little spendy squares truly do help my stay asleep HOWEVER, after ordering 5 times they are different each time!! Why oh why?! It is concerning! Variations in ordering =1) Seemed to be fine-medium sticky. 2) Insanely sticky where it was a tad painful to take off but at least stayed. 3) Medium sticky but sticky part and foam thing were rolling away from each other. 4) Crazy sticky again and color of sticky stuff different. 5) Worst yet-barely sticky and the purple color on top chips away!!! Where does it go??? What is it made of? Is it safe? Am I inhaling purple particles all night? Seriously though, it is strange that it is so inconsistent. I have such terrible sleep issues that I keep buying them even with the high price and other issues...for now.
