And how? Can't find it online.** A: Yes. We do sell the Hard Shell/ Soft Shell suitcase for the Solax Mobie. We don't have it listed yet but we intend to and have sold one in the past. The Mobie scooter fits into it and is secured by two straps. The top zips up so you can wheel it around like a suitcase. It also has a zippered pocket on the outside where you can put your charger and owners manual. So it is well designed and good looking.I should caution you however, that it is not a small lightweight case. It is not exactly rectangular but the approximate dimensions are 19" x 23" x 30"... so it is big. And the shipping weight is 23 pounds. The dimensional shipping cost is $65 so it very much like a heavy suitcase. The other question I have is why would you need it. If you are using your Scooter in an airport you are going to be riding it through security and directly to the departure gate, having it loaded into the aircraft by the aircraft crew who put the luggage into the cargo bays. When you reach your destination they bring it back up to the gate you arrived at. Elsewhere, if you do have to roll it, that is why you bought a foldable scooter in the first place... so you can fold it up and roll it. You don't need a suitcase for that. I love the Mobie. We personally own one. But I also respect our customers and want them to benefit from our experiences so am willing to be objective about this addition to Solax's line. What is the distance between the armrests?** A: Seat is approximately 13" deep and back is 13" high but sits about 2" off the seat. The distance between the arm rests is 18". **Q: How do you start the scooter with a key??** A: Yes. There is a key that must be inserted and turned. Also there is no free wheel option on the Mobie so it is hard to just drag it when it is open. The free wheel option on other scooters is a lever that engages or disengages the motor from the wheels. This allows someone to push or otherwise to move the scooter without the motor on. So the Mobie is somewhat safer that way. You would have to lift it or fold it up to steal it. Instructions were good and easy ro learn. The delivery did not go well. I was not able to get to the door before the driver left a note saying they could not leave it because it included hazardous material but after calling FEDEX the let me pick it up at their. When we opened the box and set up the scooter , no battery (the hazardous material0 was not included .We called the shipper , who was helpful and arranged to overnight it to the where I was vacationing. so in spite of inconvenience all went well and made my vacation mor enjoyable.. Now I am wondering if it is possible for me to get a paper receipt to use for insurance reimbursement THANK YOU Janice Varney ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful and portable *by H***R on January 9, 2015* Bought this at an actual store front dealer because I wanted a place I could go to for service if needed. The scooter works well and is quite zippy. Due to its small dimensions it is very maneuverable when you are in a store. One thing I have learned is that you have to be careful when out with the Mobie as many people walk through malls and never look where they are going.
