## Description

desertcart.com Carrots and potatoes, beets and broccoli--no matter how round, bumpy, or odd the surface, this brush's flexible body will follow the contours. The nylon bristles are strong and sturdy, dislodging dirt in deep nooks and crannies. The Good Grips line features durable, nonslip flexible handles on every product. Ergonomically designed to fit the palm comfortably and softly, the pressure-absorbing processed rubber handle puts less tension on the hands, while providing an outstanding grip. Good Grips products are moderately priced and have won the Tylenol/Arthritis Foundation Design Award. --Laurie Notaro Product Description Clean harder vegetables like potatoes and carrots with the Flexible Vegetable Brush. The nylon bristles are sturdy and durable, while the flexible, non-slip grip rests comfortably in your palm. Brand Story By

Review: Perfect vegetable brush - simple and incredibly effective! - This OXO Good Grips vegetable brush is exactly what every kitchen needs! The design is brilliantly simple - comfortable grip handle and firm bristles that effectively clean all types of produce. It's become an essential part of my food prep routine. The bristles are the perfect firmness - tough enough to scrub off dirt and residue from potatoes, carrots, and other root vegetables, but gentle enough for delicate items like mushrooms or tomatoes. The brush head size is ideal for both large and small produce items. What I love most is the comfortable grip handle that stays secure even when wet. The ergonomic design makes scrubbing effortless, and the black color looks sleek and professional. It's sturdy enough for daily use but lightweight and easy to maneuver. Cleaning the brush itself is simple - just rinse under running water and it's ready for the next use. After months of regular use, the bristles still maintain their shape and cleaning power. No shedding or wear that I've noticed. Essential for anyone who wants to properly clean fresh produce. Simple, effective design that just works perfectly every time. Much better than trying to scrub vegetables with sponges or cloths. Highly recommend for efficient, thorough produce cleaning!
Review: At Last a Vegetable and Fruit Brush That Is Really Good - "Of course I could just buy a scrubber and use that," I said to a casual friend who upon seeing this brush on my kitchen windowsill asked why I bought an "avocado brush." But the truth is, as I explained to her, was that I would never mistake this for anything other than what it was (and accidentally use it for scrubbing a dirty pan) plus it had the advantage of being easy to grip and hold, even with wet hands. I tend to be a bit fussy about keeping items used for certain things just for those things and I have come to appreciate how OXO is particularly good at thinking through their product designs before manufacturing them. So when I came across this my immediate thought was an upbeat "hmmm," meaning "that's interesting!" The price is good so I tried it--and I have to say I am very, very happy with it. I tend toward minimalism so I do not have a lot of kitchen utensils or gadgets. The ones I do have, especially ones best suited to singular tasks, need to do their jobs very well. I really the shape of the brush; it fits comfortably and securely into my hand and thanks to its ergonomic design it feels sturdy as well. The brushes are sufficiently stiff to ensure a good cleaning and you can put it in the dishwasher. I've used it on the usual carrots and potatoes but also on things I am going to peel such as citrus, pomegranates, passion fruit, bananas and, a tad more gently, on plums and nectarines. In short, this brush is another triumph for. OXO--and for us. Highly recommended.
