I didn’t realize how much it was helping with arthritis in different parts of my body…until I ran out! I can definitely notice a difference when I stop taking it for a few days because it’s out of stock or whatever. Like right now it’s saying it won’t even ship for 1-2 weeks and I’m completely out so I just ordered the one for women by the same brand. I’ve tried it before but felt like it wasn’t as effective as the original but it will have to do until the other one can get here. I haven’t ever had any negative side effects. I also get blood work about every 6 months or so and there isn’t anything alarming showing up that could possibly be caused from it. So it’s pretty much a win win. Oh, one more thing…most days I still only take one in the morning. I might take two every two or three days.
