Great educational book for anyone looking how to address living or dealing with individuals with personality disorders came highly recommended

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Book - Validating, Insightful, Edifying

This book was an absolute godsend. It put names to the behaviors, and hurts, I experienced from my loved ones. Because of it, I felt like I was not alone in the emotional abuse I experienced, and that I too could overcome and get out of a toxic relationship. I recommend the audio book too, as read by the author. The author actually adds additional insights that are not on the written page. Keep in mind though, that there is a quiz in the book that is harder to do from the audio version. - I recommend you listen and read it together at the same time. Depending on when, and if, you read this, there might be a few cultural references that may be out of date; but the behavioral analysis, and psychological insights are timeless.
