There are many tools available in the industry (exercises, modalities, etc.) but not all of these are created equal. Not by a long shot. Robin McKenzie is one of a pipeline of talented clinicians from New Zealand that through the rich history of NZ physiotherapy (beginning with the arrival of European physio, Kaltenborn) and the clinical experience of treating hundreds of patients and developing an accurate sense for pattern recognition, have created a system/method for treating major musculoskeletal injuries without the use or need for drugs, surgery, or the reliance on other healthcare professionals. As a physical therapist myself, it’s important to me that patients are given resources that not only help them to become self-reliant, but tools that actually make them better. There are many tools available in the industry (exercises, modalities, etc.) but not all of these are created equal. Not by a long shot. If you are disciplined enough to do the work, there are practical exercises to help you, and they really worked for me! There are also books on healing your own neck, back, etc.
