This is a toy. *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2016* I am a professional drummer in a show band that uses a lot of lighting promps, etc. This product is subpar. They are not that sensitive and require a lot of weight behind the cymbal strike. When they are working it is cool, however the stage needs to be pretty dark. Also, these are not too durable to be on the road and in and out of cases, etc. I have to use a separate padded box for storage and transportation (they are a tad bulky). On/off switch has always broken on all the ones I've used. Yes, I have bought multiple Fireballz. Unfortunately, they are the only product out there that do what they do. Battery life is crap and usually they don't work anymore once you need to replace the battery anyway. I'd be happier if they were cheaper, say $5, which is all they are worth. I hope Fireballz reads this review and considers improving their product. More drummers would use it because it is a cool stage gimmick. Buy this product knowing it will break and wear out quickly.
