ランチタイムはゆっくり取りたいので、歯磨きはなるたけ簡単にしたい。でも歯磨きはしないと午後の仕事で気になるので、しない訳にはいかない。リステリンは刺激がキツすぎて、口をゆすげなかった。そんなジレンマを解消してくれた商品でした。すごくキレイになります。ゆすぐだけで、カスがよく取れます。ペパーミントの刺激もちょうどよく、口の中がさっぱりします。わたしはこれで洗口したあと、かるく水でゆすぐのが、一番さっぱりして好きです。1080mlが一番お買い得なので、これを定期的に購入しています。仕事場には小さいボトルに移し替えて持って行ってます。

モンダミンで夜寝る前に口をゆすぐようにしてから翌日、日中、口臭がすることが無くなりました。それほど刺激が強くない割にはよく効きます。

洗口液なので，歯磨きの後や食後，就寝前に使っているのですが，歯磨きだけの時に比べてどうなのかというと・・・正直，その効果の程がよく判りません。直後のすっきり感はありますが，それも束の間。刺激は普通だそうですが，舌の廻りへの刺激は強すぎる様に思います。香辛料などの辛味に対しては相当鈍な感方ですが，このピリピリ感は不快ですねぇ・・・ペパーミント・・・では無いですねぇ。
