Great product; very happy with quality and price.I was worried when I first started opening it up when I first received it because the box was dinged up on one corner like it must have been damaged during shipping but it was boxed inside of another box and then that was inside of a shipping box (3 boxes total). The actual device was supported by those egg shell inserts so it was in perfect undamaged condition despite some possible trauma to box during shipping.

Love it even heat and fast heat up dont take long to cool. Size is great for easy put away so my grandbabies dont get hurt!

The heat press machine came on time and packaging was great. Love the base that it comes with and how easy it is to use. I love using it and made shirts for my kids school events. It worked well.

This is my two week update. I purposely waited two weeks to see if the product was worth it.The first to use of this heat press was amazing. It heated up quickly and was super easy to use. It was a little bit heavier than I expected but that is totally fine. It was super easy to set up and to use.Yesterday was my second time using the heat press and that is when the issue started. It would only heat up to 75°F, but the plate would not get hot. I tried several different power outlets and the issue was the same. I particularly wanted to avoid purchasing a Cricut heat press because of the price.I was super excited to get this heat press but my expectations were way too high and were not met. My first use was just to practice with HTV. I really wish this heat press worked correctly and I was able to get a replacement but when I went to go order another one they were out of stock so I have to pay the extra $50 to buy the real brand which I’m OK with but still
