emotinal healing, physical connection, just beautiful.
I had my first baby, went threw a divorce and had a lot of emotional and physical abuse, and trauma. My body, my emotions, my sacral chakra shut off. The idea of being a female, let alone the thought of having another baby scared the heck out of me. I pushed everyday to heal I wouldn't let myself continue and I was not going to let me daughter see the shell of a women. I have done a lot of work and healing to get the place I am in now and the video to me is my confirmation I have healed. My body, heart, mind, soul, is ready to be feminine again, my heart wants to try for children in the future.love this video because it has encouraged me to be "yin" feminine again. To help me connect to myself all over again. My new love in my life has noticed a big change in me, he says that he can see I found peace, and I glow now. I feel beautiful and sexy especially when I am with him.The mediation portion is what I used first before I even got in the yoga itself. I am glad I did that first. Yoga Nidra is a healing meditation and helped me to heal, be more receptive to this change.I did the yoga portion two days after I did the meditation and my body was happy. I found myself crying not because of pain, far from it, but the fact I felt like I was a women, this beautiful being. My daughter who is 5 will nap on the couch while I do the mediation. We connect in so many new ways because of that time together. She says I flow and glow after "yoga kats video" so the two people who mean the most to me see I am "yin" that's huge to me.My love and I have talked about kids and becoming one family. This video has given me a beautiful vision and desire to claim back my health. be the wife, and mother I have always dreamed of. Thank you Kat.I am continuing this video as long as I need and will keep you on my favorite shelf for many years to come.When its time to conceive I will be ready for it. As women we are a lot stronger then what we are brought up to believe.Oh, and the wow part to me was when Kat talked on manifestation of what you want.. I was almost asleep and found my self saying I want twins. That night when my love go home he said he had the oddest dream he dreamt we had twins (first time he EVER talked about kids outside of play dates with my daughter) Yeah you could say someone up stairs helped me in the right direction.

It’s a good video. Didn’t see any results to fertility, but it’s definitely good for mind and body focus.

IT'S JUST A REGULAR YOGA CLASS
Just a regular yoga class. Nothing special or specific to fertility. Seemed mechanically taught. All the participants were obviously intermediate/advanced yoga practitioners. Modifications were shown for beginners but with a BOLSTER, which isn't a common household item.

Was expecting more ...
Not enough substance. I liked instructor but was expecting more movement. Third session is just a video of her lying on the beach breathing. Also the menu didn't work properly.

Great DVD
This is a great DVD. I find I utilize the two yoga practices most, especially the Yin Yoga. I always feel very relaxed when I finish any of the practices (and let's face it, when you are ttc that is definitely much needed!). I would highly recommend this DVD. She has a very soothing voice and coaches you through the poses perfectly.

Very Enjoyable as Calming Yoga Practice
I have been doing this DVD for a few weeks now and can honestly say that I look forward to it. It makes me calm and happy and I feel like I'm doing something special for my body. We are TTC and have had some trouble so I figured incorporating some yoga that is geared toward aiding fertility could only be beneficial.There are 3, roughly half-hour practices on the DVD. The first is a 'Fertility Moon Flow' that has a nice routine that is like a modified for fertility version of sun salutations, along with other beneficial postures and poses - though it is by no means a heavy, break a sweat workout, that's fine by me - I enjoy holding the poses and the deep breathing to open me up and get my energy flowing properly.The second practice is the 'Meditative Yin Practice' that I thoroughly enjoy doing after going for a long walk or doing a resistance training workout. It gently stretches everything out while calming the mind and relaxing the body. Yin postures are held for an extended period of time combined with deep breathing. I've noticed a difference in my hips since doing this one - I'm more limber and have greater range of motion than I used to, which is great.The final practice is a deep meditation. I have only done this one once, only because my house is so cold [it's winter right now in New England…] that I can't lie that long without freezing my butt off - which is really distracting and defeats the purpose. I look forward to doing this one more often as the weather warms up - especially before bed.I really hope Kat produces a prenatal yoga practice at some point. I like her style and know I would love it.
