I ordered one at a discount last year from Amazon Warehouse Deals and my unit actually did not come with wheels. I was able to use it anyway and this winter it earned a spot in the corner with our five foot tall fake Christmas tree on top of it. It's a beautiful heater, the flame is really nice, it filters the air it takes in, and it works very efficiently (saving us lots of money!). Some people have had issues with it shutting off or not functioning "properly" (like they turn it on and the heat doesn't automatically come on). This is all because of the intelligent way it is set up.
