The company was great and the product fit fine and replaced both sizes of ones I have on my RV (different panel thicknesses). They seemed to be good quality and the price was the best I could find. That said, these stupid things are still way too expensive for what they are. The design is horrible and they basically suck. They break easily and are often difficult to make latch. These were just a crappy design when first invented, and now thousands are stuck with them. Unfortunately, I haven't found anyone that makes a latch to replace these square-holed latches.
