Is the plastic durable, since we already bought one from another seller and the air is slowly escaping and working less?** A: Just checked my owner's manual and it says "Maximum user weight is 300 lbs." (Must be pretty sturdy!!) I haven't had mine very long so I can't tell you how durable it is. It looks cheap because it's all plastic but I haven't had any problems with it so far. But I thought ok, let me move on so I read the warning paper that was attached to the left billow that instructed me on how to inflate the billows and i followed the instructions to the T. I heard the air release so I thought I should see my billows rise and even with a gentle pull (like the instructions instructed me to do) they still seemed to be at the same level they was at before I inflated them. So I thought to myself maybe this is just how they are supposed to be. Then I popped in my video and gave them a try. They went up and down as I stepped but they still only went up to the level that they was at before I inflated the billows so I got off and decided that something is definitely wrong. Now, bad enough I waited to get this, now I have to pay a hefty price to return them and I have to wait to get a new one.
