**Q: Description states set of 4.  Just wanted to confirm this includes all 4 colors for the price stated?**
A: No, one band. You have the option of picking one of the four colors they are priced individually

**Q: Looking to get badns.  but i am unsure which one.  i am 140lbs...i can do chin up, not pull up yet.  any suggestions?**
A: I weigh 190 and use the blue one primarily.  The yellow works if you wrap it a couple of times to shorten.  If you only get one, I'd go with the blue.

I bought these since gyms are closed. I also got a pull up bar that goes on the door frame and push up bars. Together with these things I am able to get a pretty good work out! Do pull ups and stuff and burn out with the band with rows and bicep curls. Do push up and narrow push ups and burn out with tricep pull downs and other tricep exercises with the bands. Totally worth the 16 bucks! Probably the cheapest you can get for such a good product. Make sure you go online to find good exercises for the bands. Hook the bands to a door knob, close the door and make sure to do the exercises OUTSIDE of the door. This takes pressure off of the door knob and make for a very sturdy anchor!
