Review: Best bread knife ever. - I'm pretty sure these are what used to be the "GinzuTV Knife" as seen on TV. This thing stays sharp forever. My last one was 20 years old and disappeared during a move. I actually used it to cut PVC pipe and an occasional hose in a pinch more than a few times. This knife is amazing cutting hard crust bread or cutting an over complicated sandwich in half. I works better than a ridiculously expensive bread knife I bought.

I'm pretty sure these are what used to be the "GinzuTV Knife" as seen on TV. This thing stays sharp forever. My last one was 20 years old and disappeared during a move. I actually used it to cut PVC pipe and an occasional hose in a pinch more than a few times. This knife is amazing cutting hard crust bread or cutting an over complicated sandwich in half. I works better than a ridiculously expensive bread knife I bought.
