I put it in my car's CD player for yesterday's commute to work and it was great, especially since I was delayed 45 minutes by an accident. Hard to describe the genre...a little new-agey, little "earth sounds" but all-in-all quite pleasant and not something that would bore you to sleep. The music is great and the improvement in the sound is awesome. When I first saw the album, I thought it was a tribute album by various other people, not actual Mannheim Steamroller. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Their music has always been special and unique and a once-in-a-lifetime experince to listen to. I don't even know how many albums and cds I now own but they hardly ever disappoint. The numerous times I have seen them in concert have been fantastic. The Christmas show never gets old. For a new fan, and old ones, this cd delivers the best off many cds and gives you a compilation of your favorites. I challenge anyone not to find their "favorite" on this cd.
