Review: Leaves marks inside each other or on anything they sit on - Although I really like the looks of these measuring cups being rustic/farmhouse style and so convenient to use, they are really adorable but leave black marks inside when stacking and white marks on top of my black wood breadbox! I am not sure why? maybe they did not apply enough glaze? I am keeping them because they are useable! I hope I am not poisoning my husband and myself because i can see some of the clay showing through the glaze, both inside and outside of the measuring cups.

Although I really like the looks of these measuring cups being rustic/farmhouse style and so convenient to use, they are really adorable but leave black marks inside when stacking and white marks on top of my black wood breadbox! I am not sure why? maybe they did not apply enough glaze? I am keeping them because they are useable! I hope I am not poisoning my husband and myself because i can see some of the clay showing through the glaze, both inside and outside of the measuring cups.
