First let me say, this is the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. Well, it's been a little over two years and I can honestly tell you this sofa is wonderful and looks as good today as the day it was delivered. The fabric is durable and there has been no pilling, no snags, no rips or sags. The color is more golden, but still neutral. The sofa gets a lot of use. Everyone who comes to my house finds this sofa super comfortable. The cushions have held up well, and have stayed as firm as the day I got the sofa and the pillows have also. That being said, this is a large sofa, by that I mean it is deep. The delivery men had a bit of a time getting it into my living room and had to take off the feet. My front door is fairly wide, but it was still a tight fit. Yet once the sofa was set in place it has been perfect. The sofa is not difficult to move if you need to vacuum behind it. The deep seating and high back make this sofa extremely comfortable. The seat cushions can be all be turn over to extend wear, but the back cushions are attached and therefor cannot be moved. But because of the high back and deep seating area the scale is on the larger side. Meaning other furniture in the room may look smaller by comparison. Your end tables will need to be fairly substantial to balance the scale of the sofa. I have another sofa in the room and it looks down right dinky compared to this sofa. I also found the sofa to be extremely inexpensive for its quality and comfort, compared to so many others on the market today that are far more expensive. Wayfair also has this sofa, but at the time it was a little more expensive, so I purchased from Amazon. After all this time I still highly recommend this sofa. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Couch looks nice BUT the end cushions are not so great *by G***G on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2017* I agree that the couch looks nice but I am having problems with the end cushions. Both are slanted and when I sit on them I feel like I am about to fall on the center cushion. I have only had the couch for two months and the cushions were not like that when I received the couch. The couch is used sparingly and I am only 155 lbs. Maybe these cushions are supposed to be like that but I can't imagine the other reviewers are content with this if the cushions are like that.Contacting the company seems to be impossible. Their 'contact' link on their webpage takes me to FAQs, no phone number, no email, just a snail mail address. The carrier, however, did not want to bring it inside the house. They claimed that they did not have the insurance to cover any damages if they came in.
