The decorative scrolls that hold the picture are adjustable for 3 different heights. Overall quality is very good. The finish is meant to look distressed, but it's not the prettiest paint job. I'm thinking of re-doing it. **Q: Will this hold a fine art piece maybe 25 lbs 36 w by 44 tall. .?** A: yes for sure it would hold something that large. The decorative pegs at the bottom have 3 different holes you can move them to for a variety of different size options. The pegs are sturdy and are held in place with threaded wing nuts.
