Items just as described. 4 heat sink resistors with 4 crimp style splices. After researching installation on YouTube I installed the them on a set of after market LED tail lights on a project truck to fix hyper flash. They worked well and are priced very competitively. The only issue to installation is identifying the right wires in the harness. The splices make the connection very easy. Over all good product, good price, fast free shipping, easy installation.
