It was thin enough that I was comfortable in the summer sun all day but was not see-through at all. It is a bit low-cut but the straps are adjustable and a safety pin will do the trick if you want to be more modest. I loved the length and the belt to accent your waist. The one complaint I have is that there are no loops to hold the belt so when you use the bathroom (which you have to completely undress to do, but this is pretty common when wearing rompers), you have to hold the belt or find somewhere to hang it. It fits a little snug but it looks cute on. But I’m a large berated woman so these sorts of cuts never work for me. I always wear a bandue/halter type top under these sorts of cut. So I cannot be too critical of how the upper part is the romper is made. My issue. along with more than half the reviewers is that the outfit is poorly made. I have less of a issue with the thiness of the textile. It is only $12.99 after all. Hence I am not expected top rate textile. What I do expect is a garment that is sewn well. The outfit has started to come apart at the seems. I guess I was walking around all day with my sides hanging out. Perhaps since I had on black underwear no one noticed. So I’ve only gotten one wear out of this outfit. And it’s really not worth returning. So I’m going to have to spend more money to take to the cleaners to have repaired, which increases the cost of the outfit.The silver lining is that the romper is really cute so I went to get more wears out of it. So off to the cleaners I go. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Very cute romper - but SIZE DOWN!!! *by S***3 on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2018* I bought the Large in this romper, as I am almost exactly the dimensions in the size chart (36"/31"/41") but it is pretty big especially at the waist. I'm 150 lbs and wear a 34D & the large is pretty baggy on me but I still like it. With the bagginess, it definitely needs the tie or a belt at the waist (see pics). It is a good fit under the arms, but the top half is really big and I have to safety pin the bust from coming open.A few points to mention:- Side-zipper access not crotch snaps/button so going potty will take you some time (*See tip below)- Wear with a normal, thin-strapped bra (no strapless or convertible needed)- Looks better with a thick belt, not the floppy tie that comes with it.- If fit is too large in the top, safety-pin it to secure (see pics)TIP: To avoid completely disrobing when you only have to pee, use a female urinary device.
