I ordered a small, and normally wear a size 4/6, but these were quite tight on me (size 2/4). I think a medium would fit me more comfortably. I actually ordered these twice! I've been trying to order different low-mid priced period panties to see what works best and these are my favorite so far. the only thing I would change is make a way to insert extra padding for heavier days, like an opening in the back like a cloth diaper would have. They did leak when sleeping on a medium day though, but if extra padding was added would be perfect.
