For months I've been researching equipment and looking to get a good solid pull up bar. I was toying with the idea of getting a full squat cage, but already had a bench equipped with a squat rack on the back end. And thus I discovered this. I can't say enough about the quality of it. It's very strong and sturdy all around. I was concerned with the construction due to the fact that the lat bar hung below the main rods, but that all changed once I got it up. I'm 205 lbs and it holds me with absolutely zero movement. Also, the rings are key. I would recommend them to anyone getting this bar. They're easily adjustable and have a solid ceramic grip to them. Little tough on the hands, so I'd recommend wearing gloves. But otherwise you're able to do nearly all of the normal ring/TRX style workouts.
