My 4 year old calms right down if I hand this to him when he is upset. I bought 3 more from the seller; one for me and one for each of my kids. I use one at my desk when I'm bored.Word to the wise though, if you purchase this in the winter, be careful not to let it sit outside in the mailbox for too long.
