**Q: It is adjustable ?**
A: Yes

**Q: How to adjust its height?**
A: Adjust the length of your rope by pulling the rope through one of the handles. Loosen the holding screw and move it along so it holds the rope at the correct length. Tighten the screw and check that the rope is now at the right length. You may need to repeat this step a couple of times until you’re happy with the jump rope length.

**Q: What is Difference both ropes 300 & 350 one ?**
A: I dint tried the other one. The one i purchased is very good length with soft handle grips. Specially for the hight 5 to 6+
 feet person.

**Q: What is the weight of the rope? (without the handles). Is it a weighted rope?**
A: Less than 200gm
