Love Total Body Tabata CD's. I have all of them.  Use them in my personal workout, as well as for Aqua Boot Camp.  I love them because the count down tells me to start the interval and the whistle tells me to stop.  I don't have to count or watch the clock. It is also much more clear than other tabata CD's I've had, because I couldn't always clearly hear the change.  These CD's make it easy.  You will hear 4,3,2,1 and it's time to start.  You'll hear a whistle to stop.  You'll also hear "Last One" at the end of the 2nd to the last interval, so you know you are teaching one last set of this exercise and you can be prepared to cue whatever is next.  Works great!
