It does help preserve my make up for longevity and protects from the sun. Quick tip, when applying, keep your eyes closed for a few seconds after you are done spraying. It is uncomfortable if it gets in your eyes. I love the packaging. The scent is ok... it just smells like a coconut sunscreen scent. I also like that the bottle has a shaker ball, because I often forget to shake before applying so when I hear the ball bounce around in there, I am reminded to shake it first.
