I use parmesan a lot in a breading I make often, so this huge canister of parmesan is AWESOME! I love knowing I don't have to buy any for a while. It's the same great parmesan with a decent expiration date (I'll use it up before it expires) — just in a really convenient size. I hope this size is always available. Just in case it isn't, I'm thinking of ordering another one soon and tucking it in the freezer.
