The sound quality is good and the integrated buttons on the side come in handy for controlling my phone, Spotify and laptop. The fact that it connects to 2 devices at the same time with AptX blows my mind. Also I accidentally triggered the voice assistant on my phone this morning (which I didn't even know this headset could do!) So this adds to the positives. The microphone works well and copes with the air from my fan better than my old Jabra. Comes with a little hard case too, which I've actually thrown in a drawer as I will be using this bit of kit every day. The battery life is great, it is easy to use and the noise cancelling really does work. However when wearing for a long time (I am working from home at the moment and am finding I am in the phone all day!), it isn't too comfy and starts to hurt my ear. It is great that this can be used on either ear, but I just feel it could sit better.
