A: From Italy. In Italy it’s polenta. The staple crop of the Venetian region. To make polenta use 5 cups of water and 2 cups of cornmeal. Bring the water to the boil and stir in the corneal. Keep stirring until thick.

**Q: How do you cook this polenta? No instructions? Please**
A: To make polenta, mix 3 parts of water with 1 part of cornmeal. Pour the cornmeal while boiling, and keep moving it until it gets the desired density, if you want it thick keep moving it until your arm hurts. Get it out and salt to taste, I put a dollop of butter and mix it well.
