So I was somewhat annoyed when I discovered the cradle lost after I'd moved three states, and had no idea where it had managed to go amongst the chaos. I tried running with a phone app, but after awhile, I bit the $20 bullet, and bought a new cradle, because really, nothing compares to accuracy when I'm in training mode for a race.The cradle works perfectly, exactly as described. Fits my 205 without any issues, and charges and syncs just fine. You will need a USB cable to hook it up to the computer or charger, since the cradle doesn't come with one, but it takes a standard one that many phones or other devices use, so I had an extra cord lying around that I used. However, this little beauty was a super inexpensive alternative. I had the cable and the plug, so I plugged it in and it was good to go.
