The songs are very soothing to listen to and the lyrics have wonderful meaning. I keep it in my car and I always get complements from friends and family when they ride with me. I would buy more Ben Rector albums.I am also very impressed with Amazon's MP3 options. When you buy the CD, you get the MP3 download of the entire album at no extra cost. I am not extremely tech-savvy and I didn't think much of the additional feature. When I was at my mom's house I wanted to play the album for her so I pulled it up on my computer, downloaded it and played it. It was great!! It was super easy to download it and gave very accurate instructions. I love that I can access the music from anywhere that I have internet. I also was able to transfer that to my android phone, which I had never been able to figure out how to put music on my phone before. Now I have set one of the songs as my ringtone. Amazon makes it really easy to have the digital copies of the music and I would not hesitate to order all CDs from amazon in the future. I think Amazon should advertise about their MP3 program a little more so people know about it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars I Anticipated this Album *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2013* I discovered Ben Rector last August, it just so happened to be around the time I met & started talking to my bride to be this August 31st. While I was falling in love with my fiancee, Ben's music was often playing during date nights, almost felt like a movie score at times ("Autumn from the album "Into The Morning" was one of these songs).I have been anticipating this album "The Walking in Between" since I 1st heard "Forever Like That" on youtube. I was pretty sure the album would be nothing short of very good, I was correct. "Ordinary Love" is a great lead track! "Forever Like That" will always be special to Kelsey & I. "When I'm With You" may be my favorite song on the album. "I Like You" is cute (did I just say cute!? LOL). Without going further into detail which I should, because this is a review, BUT I'm not going to... The rest of the songs on the album are all excellent in their own ways, & honestly, I should not have put an emphasis on any individual songs, because the more I listen to the album while typing this review each song that plays creates a buzz factor, and are worthy conversation pieces! Great album from beginning to end! Ben Rector is a very respected singer songwriter... Still underrated though!! Ben Rector's lyrics always run the gamut from thoughtful to whimsical, and this album is no exception to the rule. "Making Money" sings like a hymn while sweetly teaching a simple lesson, "Thank God for the Summertime" just might get me through the upcoming Illinois winter, "Sailboat" is an achingly honest song that begs to be harmonized with, and "Life Keeps Moving On" is just plain true. This album reminds me most of "Songs that Duke Wrote" if you're looking for a comparison to his other projects, but it has a flavor all its own.Just a plug - if you haven't had the pleasure of seeing him live before, get thee to a concert. He's just as good (if not better) live, he's humble, and he's hilarious. And he sometimes sings covers, like "I Wanna Dance With Somebody", which you can view and enjoy on YouTube, if you haven't seen it yet.Clearly I'm a fan. This guy is the real deal, and I love introducing my friends to his music anytime I find out they haven't yet heard him.
