## Description

The 2' X 4' Dry Erase Whiteboard Magnet is a perfect option to replace old chalkboards, existing dry erase whiteboards, in the office or school, at home in your kid's room, and much more. The whiteboard is easy to install and does not require the installer to drill holes or hang brackets - installation is truly a DIY project. The adhesive backing attaches to metal, wood, plastic, concrete, plaster, cardboard, and more. Additional sheets can be added in the future to increase the size of the whiteboard. The whiteboard has two layers - Magnum Magnetics' RubberSteel® adhesive receptive magnet and Magnum Magnetics' Dry Erase magnet. The RubberSteel® magnetic receptive material (25 mil) has an adhesive back and is applied to the wall. The adhesive back has a release liner that easily peels away to install the adhesive magnetic receptive material to the wall. The magnetic receptive material holds magnet like steel, but is not magnetic. Once the first step has been completed, the dry erase magnet will be installed on top of the first layer. The dry erase magnet is 20 mil and will stick to the RubberSteel®. Regular dry erase markers can be used on the top layer and it is not printable. Made in the USA. If the top layer of dry erase becomes dingy or people write on the board with permanent marker, you only need to purchase a replacement dry erase sheet - not the whole whiteboard. Unlike other products on the market, you will not need to remove the adhesive back layer if the dry erase magnet needs replaced.
