A: i would ask on the jym website the container says do not take if pregnant or nursing so i would assume it’s safe

**Q: Ive been taking the post and when i do, I get Noacin flush, only not as strong. How can i get help on this?**
A: it's the Beta Alanine. I've taken beta Alanine poder in preworkouts and seems like a light niacin flush, sometimes it makes me almost feel ichi as my skin tingles.

Immediately felt a difference the next day after an hour long moderate workout. Usually my muscles are screaming but today the pain is tolerable. Still a bit sore but nothing… nothing like before. Yes it’s sweet but you only have to drink a glass of it, and you can dilute it with water. I like to drink it during my workout or after. Tastes kinda like Gatorade but sweeter. Not sure if there is caffeine in it but I did feel tingly after drinking it.
