お通じのリズムが崩れたときや、腸内環境を整える際に当商品15mlを500mlの白湯に入れ飲んでいます。効果はテキメン。我が家では安全で確実なお通じ薬として大活躍してます。その他、副次的な効果として、こむら返りが起こらなくなったのと、肌のコンディションがよくなったことが挙げられます。量は個人差があります。私の場合（成人男性）10mlでは効果が弱く、かといって20mlでは一日お腹がゆるくなってしまいます。適量を見つけて爽快な快便ライフを送ってください！
