I will never purchase this product again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what its Says but there are Flaws, Support is Super helpful *by M***I on April 19, 2023* Been using the for about 2 months so far for the most part it has been good. There are a lot of good things that it does well like being able to run promos and adding a video on the secondary screen and inventory. Its able to run most every day transactions. I have notices a few flaws with the program, like when refunding an item you can't make a general you have to go and find the receipt of purchase and refund it through there. You also cant refund and make a sale at the same time, so if a customer whats to exchange an item for something else and you wanted to take out the price for the return item it doesn't work you, would have to refund it first give them the money the make a new transaction. And lastly you cannot deduct a set amount off the balance, when you do it will add taxes with what ever amount you put, you cannot set a exact amount. There are ways to work around these problems but that just adds another step, with makes it less user friendly. The Support is really great though, ther tried to help me in any way they can, the software would give 3 Stars, The Support from the seller 5 Stars.
