Based on the very positive reviews, I ordered and received the heater on Sunday, December 8. Immediately set it up in a bathroom and it appears to do a nice job of heating the small room. The thermostat however appears to be off quite a bit as the heater is set to control at 78 and even when the room temperature dropped to 69, the heater did not restart. It’s a nice size for the room, but I’m afraid I’ll have to return and try another brand if I cannot get it to work properly.

I've used the product for more than a month now. It works fine, all functions intact.Yet, when the product arrived and opened the 'Amazon' packaging box, I instantly knew the product was returned and refurbished for whatever reason. It had minor scratch marks on the bottom where the bottom contacts the floor, product box sealing was a bit 'loose', and the cable was not organized in a factory fresh way, if you know what I mean. If you're a bit sensitive in this kinda way, you could EASILY tell. Anyway, I just decided to give it a try for some time and would've returned it if something went wrong, but it didn't.Overall, I still have this bitterness of not receiving a ' brand new' product, and that's why I gave it a 2 star.

New addition: in less than 24 hours the seller reached out and tried to make the no instructions issue right. For that I have to add 2 stars. The little heater works like a champ thus far. I rec'd no credit or merchandise, or anything else for changing my review. When a seller reaches out this fast, that's a good seller. I'm a happy camper. Now i hope my heater lasts for a while:)How can a company make what seems like a very decent product and ship it to consumers with no instructions at all. I know you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to get this heater to work and make heat, but it has a bunch of functions. I have no idea about the "modes" or what the various buttons do. It seems like a decent product and so far makes nice heat, I just wish I had a clue of how to use the modes and such. For the lack of instructions, I gave it only 3 stars. I guess I should have read reviews prior to buying it. So far it seems like a capable unit for small spaces. Will it last? Only time will tell. Got here super fast, Amazon service as always, above and beyond.

I really wanted to like this heater and I gave it a chance because of the such great reviews I read. Unfortunately it did not work for my needs. I didn’t feel the warm air unless I was sitting a few inches directly in front of it. It didn’t not heat up my room which is a small 10x10, it also does release a weird plastic smell which wasn’t too much of a problem for me, but I did read some reviews that mentioned that. I didn’t feel the "strong heat" effect, it was not powerful like the reviews I read which made me wonder if the reviews were fake. I also didn’t like the loud beep it made anytime I wanted to adjust the temp (Or pressed any button). I am giving it 2 stars because although I love the size and the fact that it’s digital and has a timer that works great it didn’t warm up my room. If you need it to warm up you feet in your office or anywhere this may be perfect for you. If you expect it to warm up a small room. This is not what you want. P.s. If you like the features this heater has but want something stronger I bought a similar heater at Lowe’s Delonghi DCH5090ER CERAMIC HEATER. It has all same features, its great quality and it actually warms up my room. I got it for $20 more than this one. And it’s a little bigger than this heater. But it’s worth it!

I bought this because my baby will be here any day and I wanted a heater for the bedroom that will accurately keep the room warm. I've only had this heater a few weeks and it.. turns on sort of. The burning smell went away after a day or so as the manual said. I waited for the room to get cold and it has been under 60 degrees. The heater registers the room at 75 and thus will not automatically start since it isn't registering the temperature correctly. I have to set it at a temperature between 75-80 for it to turn on not to mention it's already now squeaking when it oscillates. Definitely disappointed.TLDRit's squeaky and temp gauge doesn't work.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this unit to replace the one in my office at work. It's compact - great size for under my desk! Tried it out here at home. It's pretty quiet, easy to use/program and heats the room quickly! I like the oscillating feature and the timer! It has a "tip over" safety feature as well.

This heater did not work. I turned it on and it stayed on for one whole minute and then it went off. I could not get it to come back on. I returned it the next day.

there were some weird noise come out from the heater when it was on and turning. It was still working, but didn't know where were the noise come from. I only had it for two weeks. Feel very disappointed

Hot or cold it fulfills the three E's...efficient, effective and economic. Add attractive design, user friendly controls to the list and the only thing you could ask for to reach perfection is a remote control. Excellent value for money. Winter weather, do your worst.Brian the Aged.

Good little heater, warms up my kitchen quick on a cold morning.

It's a good size heater and just right for adding some extra warmth to an office or small room. Not as good as a halogen and a bit noisy as the fan is always on. I tried using it in my office yesterday and even though

Cost more than most little heaters but it does a lot for it size, heats a 6 x 5 room in no time. Have to mess a little at first to set it to what you want.Works as intended.
