The boxes arrived on the other side of the country looking just as good as when I sent them. The only thing I would want improved (because I often ship cupcakes) is the insert. The cupcakes weren't snug at all - they just sit inside the holes and wobble if the box is jostled. If you plan on shipping your cupcakes you'll want a box with insert that actually holds them in place. I tied my cupcakes down with strips of parchment paper. Although frozen the frosting was a bit messy upon arrival. Cupcakes were amazing so family didn't mind ;) Most people aren't using these for shipping so they are great for the majority of bakers.
