Review: Love the height adjustment feature - I was nervous about ordering this because of some of the one star reviews that I read, mentioned the break away rim didn’t go back into position and the height adjustments didn’t stay in place. I just got it today, so I have no problems so far. Instructions are easy to follow. I had to push pretty hard to get some of the pieces to lock together, but I figured that was good, they wouldn’t come apart. I bought this for my 4 year old great nephew, and the lowest height is perfect for him. He loves it. He got 2 baskets and was really excited. He won’t be doing any slam dunks, so no worries about the rim. For a young child, this is perfect.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How to secure the net on the pole?**
A: Not sure what you mean by securing to the "pole" but the net goes on the tabs inside the hoop and then the tabs are folded over and snap securely around the loops of the net. I was a little confused at first too as the directions don't tell you this.

**Q: Is the listed height range (48”-72”) the height for the rim, or the height of the backboard?**
A: Height of the rim. The backboard extends to about 8 feet, +/-.

**Q: How do I get the backboard to go all the way down so the hoop can lock into the grooves and not fall while being used?**
A: I tightly wrapped some duct tape around the orange locking mechanism, forcing it to more securely lock into the desired groove.  This is a weak point in the design, but at least this is a simple work around. Otherwise a very nice basketball hoop for young kids.

**Q: My backboard won't fit into the post? Help**
A: Turn it upside-down or backwards. That’s what happened to me. (I forced it in only to realize it was backwards.)

This is a very sturdy basketball hoop that will last my grandkids for a long time. They're just two and four right now, but they can still get the ball into the hoop. The little one has to stand on the step to get it in, but she'll be tall enough in about a month. When it gets warmer, they'll put it in the driveway, but for now, lots of energy is getting expended in the family room. I did buy an extra set of balls so they can both shoot.
