It would not be acceptable for production environment that was intended as part of law enforcement 911 system. Fix the receptacle issue and I would of give it 5 star. Review: Perfect for a second layer of connection. - This was purchased to provide another layer of access to networking equipment. This allowed us to use SSH to gain console access to a Cisco router. Set up was easy as plugging the unit in and using a web browser to configure. The one thing that was hard to find was the pinout for the Cisco console. I ended up purchasing a cable for $16 to reverse engineer it.
