If you're talking about transferring to a mask or someone's skin or shirt, it's pretty good. I have to wear a mask at work and wear it for 8 hours, it still looked like I had a full face of makeup once my mask was off, but it did transfer on to my mask. Water wise, water does not wash it off like at all, but saying water won't make it run or smudge off a little that's not really realistic I guess. While the color was as expected, it was not at all 'long lasting waterproof' whatsoever. It was no different than any of a 100 other inexpensive foundations out there, and within 2/3 hours there was no evidence that I even had foundation on.
