The rings are solid and give a nice loud sound when they close and it looks like it can hold quite a lot. They included 5 subject dividers, 2 pocket folders, and even a pencil pouch. I have my own method of organizing so I don't plan on using the included dividers and folders but it's very thoughtful of them to include those. The handle and strap are made well and make carrying it to class that much easier. I don't often write reviews but I felt I had to cus I almost didn't buy this due to the lack of info.
