These amplifiers can sound horrible if not tuned having an unskilled person thinking it's the amplifier and not user error. If these amplifiers aren't leaving you satisfied I would seek help from someone experienced because these mofos are top tier. Powerful as a mofo. I don't care what they're rated as. If you buy one and get it set up properly you will not be disappointed. The bass sounds shallow on JL Audio CP212-W0v3 Bass Wedge. Not only that but once you get the volume up to about 30 percent the amp goes into safe mode and shuts off. I got this to replace a Kenwood XR 901-5 eXcelon which lacked a little on the highs but made the bass wedge bump hard.
