The suction cups did not work for me, but the adhesive strip (seller says is preferred) works very well to hold the caddy to the sink. I am very happy with this purchase!

**Q: Can i put a bar of soap instead of sponge to keep soap dry**
A: I assume you would have no problem as it will leave some residue that u can easily rinse off  - great idea as the soap will dry on all sides!

This black coated sink caddy is very attractive. It is well made and holds a sponge, small brush and a sink stopper. The suction cups did not work for me, but the adhesive strip (seller says is preferred) works very well to hold the caddy to the sink. I am very happy with this purchase!

Note that this will not stick to granite sinks, it stuck for a short time then fell down. I ended up giving it to my mom who has a stainless steel sink and it works perfectly. overall a good product just do more research than me about your sink

I have had this for many years, and I am happy to see it is rust-free. Water drains easily, so no mold collects. Suction is very good; it never needs readjusting or falls off. It helps keep the sponge off the counter and is a great space saver. If you have a smaller sink, this can impede your washing space.
