This model builds upon that machine and so much more. I felt great after just one workout. It was important to me to choose exercise that would strengthen my core after having developed degenerative disc disease. This makes working out fun again and it's a commitment I look forward to keeping 4 days/week. It's also compact so it hardly takes up any space in my 1-bedroom apartment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good machine *by E***M on January 11, 2018* I like the machine a lot, but it is heavy. Fortunately it comes with wheels! The resistance wasn't enough so I bought the red bands and we are back in business. The gliding is not as smooth as I'd like. I'm hoping that after a few uses it will work itself out. Extremely easy to put together. I wish there was another option for the handles but I also haven't taken the time to research this.I bought the stand to go with it, but the stand is absolutely unnecessary so feel free to save yourself the hundred bucks....
